POLICIES
Please review the booking policies for Brazilian waxing, brow services, and custom facials at Bare Aesthetics Studios prior to scheduling your appointment. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the following terms.
Deposit Policy
A 50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
Deposits must be submitted immediately after booking via:

Please include your name, appointment date, and time in memo. Confirmation may take up to 24 hours.
Appointments without a submitted deposit will be canceled.
Payment Methods
Remaining balances are due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods include Cash (exact change only), Zelle or Apple Cash
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Appointments may be rescheduled once up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled time within the same calendar month. Rescheduling within 48 hours, outside of the same month, or more than once will require a new deposit. No exceptions.
Late Arrivals
A strict 5-minute grace period is permitted. Arrivals beyond 5 minutes will result in automatic cancellation. $20 late fee if accepted. Bikini Line appointments do not include a grace period.
Menstrual Policy
For Bikini Brazilian services, a fresh tampon (string tucked) or menstrual cup/disc is required. All standard policies remain in effect.
Studio Guidelines
Services are available to clients 18 years and older. No additional guests or children are permitted. Add-ons are limited and curated in alignment with the studio’s specialization.
Refund Policy
All services rendered, deposits, products, subscriptions, and packages are final sale.
All prices, services, policies, terms, conditions and hours of operation are subject to change without notice. By scheduling an appointment, registering as a client and/or signing the release form, you are agreeing to the terms, conditions and policies and release Bare Aesthetics Studios, Inc, of any and all liability. We reserve the right to cancel any appointment for any reason. No refunds on services rendered, deposits, products, packages and subscriptions. All Sales Are Final.
